Go to voterportal.eci.gov.in or the 'Voter Helpline' mobile app (Android/iOS)
Fill Form 6
Click 'New Voter Registration (Form-6)'. Fill personal details, address, constituency details.
Upload Documents
Upload age proof, identity proof, and address proof
Submit Application
Submit online. Note reference number for tracking.
Field Verification
Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or Booth Level Officer (BLO) may visit for verification
Receive EPIC
Voter ID card sent to your address. Or collect from ERO office. Also available as e-EPIC to download.

Enter your 10-character EPIC number (e.g. ABC1234567)
OTP Verification
Verify with OTP sent to registered mobile
Download PDF
Download e-EPIC as PDF. It is legally valid as original Voter ID.
