About This Scholarship

PM Scholarship Scheme for CDS/Ex-Servicemen provides scholarship to wards/widows of ex-servicemen and serving personnel of Central Armed Police Forces. The scheme is operated by the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW) and CAPF.

Renewal: Renewable annually subject to 50% marks

Eligibility Criteria

Level of Study

First year of professional degree (BE/BTech/MBBS/BDS/BEd/MCA/MBA etc.)

Minimum Marks

60% in Class 12 / Diploma

Ward or widow of ex-serviceman/serving personnel of CAPF/Assam Rifles
Must be enrolled in first year of professional degree

Benefits & Amount

✓₹3,000/month for girls
✓₹2,500/month for boys
✓Disbursed directly to bank account
