SABLA (Strengthening and Achieving Better Lives of Adolescent Girls) is a centrally sponsored scheme for the holistic development of girls aged 11–18 years. It provides nutrition, life skills education, health and hygiene guidance, vocational training, and mainstreaming of out-of-school girls.
