Ladakh UT and Wildlife Institute of India-supported scheme promoting community-based ecotourism in snow leopard habitat zones such as Hemis, Rumbak Valley, and Zanskar. Local communities receive training as wildlife guides, homestay operators, and trackers, reducing livestock predation conflict and providing alternative livelihoods.
