Hill Council Leh scheme to support traditional Pashmina goat herders and yak rearers in the cold desert ecology of Ladakh. The scheme provides veterinary support, fodder, insurance for livestock, and market linkage for Pashmina wool, which is a key livelihood of nomadic Changpa communities.
