Central and J&K government scheme providing monthly cash relief, housing, employment, and rehabilitation support to Kashmiri Pandit migrants displaced from the Kashmir valley since 1989. The PM Package (2009) created 3,000 government jobs for KPs who return to Kashmir under the PM's rehabilitation package.
