EMRS are fully residential schools for Scheduled Tribe students providing quality education from Class 6 to 12, equivalent to Navodaya Vidyalayas. Each school caters to 480 students with modern facilities including computer labs, sports grounds, and hostel. Budget 2018-19 announced EMRS in every block with 50%+ ST population.
