Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) scheme allotting affordable flats to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) residents of Chandigarh. Under PMAY-Urban, CHB constructs multi-storey EWS flats and allots them through a transparent draw-of-lots system.
